Terms & Conditions

The DJ (s) being provided for the event must be provided with 2-6-foot sturdy tables

Dinner is required for the DJ(s) if dinner music is to be provided. It is the responsibility of the parties named

On this entertainment agreement to make sure dinner is provided for the disc jockey if there is no dinner provided

There will be a charge of $ 100.00 in addition to the fees on this contract. DJ’S will also bring their own

refreshments For the event.

There is a $75.00 - $199.00 CASH DEPOSIT required upon signing this contract; final balance is to be PAID IN CASH ON THE NIGHT PRIOR TO EVENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID THIS ENTERTAINMENT AGREEMENT AND SERVICES. If deposit is postdated and client cancels the deposit is still due. If deposit is full balance then full balance is due.

The security of the DJ (s) & equipment being provided for the event will rest solely on the parties Named on the other side of this entertainment agreement while services are being provided. In order to prevent Injury to any patties at this event the DJ (s) reserve the right to deny any persons access to equipment, owned Rented or / leased by Sound Sensation & Hollywood DJ Entertainment. In the event that the DJ(s) feel a hazardous situation it is the clients responsibility upon notification to take action to resolve the situation. If no action is taken, or situation is not resolved the DJ(s) may, in extreme circumstances delay/or stop the event with out loss of payment.

Upon Signing this contract it is agreed by both parties that Sound Sensation & Hollywood DJ Entertainment. Will not be liable in any way for personal injury or damage to the clients, guests, /or employees. Except for injuries cause by the gross negligence of Sound Sensation & Hollywood DJ Entertainment.. In any event it is agreed by both parties that the liability of Sound Sensation &Hollywood DJ Entertainment. shall not exceed the contract fees on this entertainment agreement.

It is understood by both parties that all deposits are nonrefundable in any event after signing this entertainment agreement. If weather conditions should be unsafe on the date of the event either party must contact the other to set another date or make out a refund (excluding Cancellation charges) in the amount of 50 % of deposit.

Sound Sensation & Hollywood DJ Entertainment. Reserves the right to substantiate a DJ(s) of same caliber where necessary

If for any reason Sound Sensation & Hollywood DJ Entertainment. is unable to perform the services on this entertainment agreement due to the negligence on the part of the client /or due to breach of any part of this agreement all deposits & out standing balances shall become due to payable to Sound Sensation & Hollywood DJ Entertainment. Immediately failure to do so will result in late payment fees in the amount of $100.00 per day.

Any cheques returned to Sound Sensation & Hollywood DJ Entertainment. for whatever reason will be subject to a $75.00 service charge.( no exceptions )

In an event that a company shall have a strike, walkout all out standing balances shall become due & payable to Sound Sensation & Hollywood DJ Entertainment. Immediately in cash. Failure to do so will result in late payment fees in the amount of $100.00 per day

If a date is held by a bride groom and the is not canceled within 30 days the bride groom and held resopsable for full ballance.

If there is any ethnic background it is agreed that the bride & Groom will provide their own MC. Except Portuguese.

All parties will be set up between 9:00 am – 11:00 am it is agreed by the Bride & Groom that the hall will be notified.

It is hereby agreed that any racism or discrimination towards the Disc Jockey (s) in any way will void this contract.
